Removes the entry 'Mail' from the main menu, for those people who don't want to use M2.

Inserts a hardcoded accesskey 't' for the item 'Export' in the File menu. This way, the option 'Exit' at the end of the File menu gets the access key 'x'. Only relevant for English language users, for whom the automatic access key generation fails to add a key to the 'Exit' option.
